    About the role:

    The Cluster IT Technician will be responsible for the operation of all IT andCommunication systems in the cluster of a minimum of two hotels / business unitin scope.

    The ITfunction of a hotel and/or office of Radisson Hotel Group is considered asupport function to the primary operation of the company. It is thereforeimportant that the IT Technician view his/her position in that light and actsas a service function within the organisation.

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily operation of allinstalled systems, giving the system users the agreed system availabilityand quality of operation.
  • Maintain individual useraccounts with authorisation levels in accordance with Radisson Hotel Group ITPolicies and Standards
  • End User Support including including,device support (PC, mobile devices, POS stations etc.), application and emailand software support.
  • The Cluster IT Technician willparticipate in training of end users and should maintain reasonable and up-to-date application skillsof installed applications.
  • Licence Management - Maintain alog of software licenses owned and deployed.
  • Planning, budgeting, andmanagement consulting
  • Compliance: The IT Technician isresponsible for maintaining a high level of knowledge regarding Radisson HotelGroup IT Policies and Standards and as such act as the hotels local knowledgebase and management partner in IT.
  • Maintain general operationalprocedures according to policies and standards.
  • Change Management. Any change toimplemented systems are subject to the Radisson Hotel Group policy andprocedure on Change Management.

    • Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position
  • Ability to develop working relationships very quickly and gain confidence of business colleagues.
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and written in both French and English.
  • Excellent forward planning and organization skills
  • Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
  • Able to hold a presentation to a smaller audience, such as the management group, employee groups etc.
  • Hospitality, travel or service-related industries is a plus
  • Ability to travel throughout our hotels is a must
  • Work permit to work in France is essential

  • Hospitality Guest Facing technologies expertise is a plus
  • IT security standards and implementation
