CRM & Sales Force Analyst Internship (6 month)


As a CRM & Sales Force Analyst intern you will gain valuable experience and cover assignments in both key company departments.

In this role
You will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Commercial team, working on process improvement and data consolidation responsibilities.

A glimpse of the tasks covered are:
Updating CRM tools
Support ad-hoc analysis and projects, especially relating to revenue breakdown per customers and product
Continuous project of streamlining and improvement of data governance and automation/efficiency of reporting packages
Since you will work closely with the commercial team, this internship will also cover responsibilities on the following areas:
Usage of different data sources and tools to provide analytical views
Work with SFDC (CRM system)
Develop dashboards for visualization

Build Commercial Excellence tools in excel (e.g., Business Balanced Scorecard, Protentional of customers, SF territory alignment), which requires ability to use pivot table, macro in excel.

What You Will Need to Succeed
We are looking for a student coming from Business School or Engineer School
A student who is curious, pro-active, always looks beyond the task and is eager to learn.

As IDEXX has an international environment, good intercultural communication skills as well as fluency in the English language are a necessity.

B eing organized, accurate and to possess advanced Excel skills are a requirement.
A student who is willing to improve not only our processes but also themselves.
