    Nous recherchons un Designer UX/UI expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe de consulting en pleine croissance. Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la conception et l'implémentation d'interfaces utilisateur centrées sur l'expérience utilisateur.

    Type de contrat : CDI

    Lieu de travail : Paris, Lyon, Lille

    Secteurs d'intervention : Santé, Distribution, Bancaire, Transport, Energie, Automobile, Cosmétique et Parfum, etc.

    Responsabilités détaillées :

    Conception et Design

    • Collaborer étroitement avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et objectifs.
    • Définir les personas, les parcours utilisateurs et créer des wireframes, des prototypes interactifs.
    • Designer des interfaces UI en respectant les guidelines et les besoins du client.

    Recherche utilisateur

    • Planifier et conduire des études de terrain, des entretiens et des sondages pour comprendre les besoins et les comportements des utilisateurs.
    • Analyser les données et les retours des utilisateurs pour améliorer le design.

    Animation d'ateliers

    • Préparer et animer des ateliers de design thinking avec les équipes projet et les stakeholders.
    • Utiliser des méthodes comme le brainstorming, l'empathie mapping et le storyboard pour générer des idées et des solutions.

    Gestion de Projet

    • Utiliser la méthode Agile pour gérer les projets, avec des outils comme Jira et Confluence pour le suivi.
    • Participer à des Daily Scrums, des Sprint Reviews et des Sprint Plannings.

    Profil recherché :
    Nous cherchons quelqu'un qui a la volonté de se challenger et d'apprendre de nouvelle chose au quotidien, qui sait s'adapter aux différents environnements et défis afin de proposer les meilleures solutions à nos clients.

    Techniques

    • Au moins 4 ans d'expérience en design UX/UI.
    • Expérience solide en wireframing, prototypage et ergonomie.
    • Maîtrise des outils comme Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD et Adobe After Effects.
    • Connaissance en développement Web, notamment sur des CMS comme Wordpress.

    Soft Skills

    • Excellent sens de la communication, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, en français et en anglais.
    • Proactivité, curiosité et désir constant d'apprentissage.
    • Capacité à travailler en équipe tout en étant capable d'autonomie.
