    So Bang a reçu 3 prix Effie pour ses campagnes de publicité et a été élue Agence Sociale Media de l'année en 2023, un prix qui récompense son modèle de multi-expertises.

    Nous recherchons notre futur.e alternant.e au poste d'Assistant.e ressources humaines.

    Missions :

    Au sein du service des Ressources Humaines, vous intervenez sur l'ensemble du processus de recrutement pour tous les métiers et tous les niveaux et vous participez au traitement des sujets RH dans leur globalité.

    • Vous participez à l'activité recrutement
    • Publier des annonces sur les jobboards
    • Trier et analyser les CV réceptionnés
    • Contacter les candidat(e)s
    • Organiser et suivre les entretiens avec les managers
    • Participer à l'organisation de l'intégration des collaborateurs
    • Vous gérez l'administration du personnel :
    • Préparer les contrats d'alternance et conventions de stage
    • Suivre les périodes d'essai des collaborateurs
    • Gérer et suivre les demandes de congés
    • Préparer les entretiens annuels
    • Rédiger des courriers d'information au personnel
    • Gérer les dossiers d'adhésion à la mutuelle
    • Participer à des projets transversaux
    • Vous Participez au suivi du plan de développement des compétences (formation)
    • Assurer le suivi des traitements de dossier auprès de notre OPCO

    Cette liste n'est pas exhaustive, peut-être amenée à évoluer en fonction des besoins.

    Profil :

    Vous suivez une formation bac+2 dans le domaine des ressources humaines et justifiez d'une première expérience sur un poste similaire.

    • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils du Pack Office.
    • Connaissances en gestion d'entreprise, organisation en matière ressources humaines, utilisation base de données, bonnes compétences administratives.
