- Gérer la relation fournisseurs dont tous les aspects économiques.
- Diriger et/ou participer aux RFQs : élaboration des listes d'appels d'offres et les spécifications, envoie des dossiers de demande de devis aux fournisseurs et analyse leurs réponses avec l'équipe du projet, préparation des décisions de choix des fournisseurs avec l'équipe projet. Après la sélection du fournisseur, finaliser le contrat et effectuer l'activité administrative incluant les bons de commande.
- Élaborer une stratégie à moyen et long termes / Construire des benchmarks / Proposer les meilleures pratiques pour les projets futurs.
- Pensée critique et compétences en négociation
- Solides compétences en communication, à l'écrit et à l'oral.

- Reporting rapide et partage d'informations avec les équipes Projet et Achats
- Expérience de projet dans un contexte très contraint (budget et planning).

Les missions
Manager le domaine des achats liés à l'approvisionnement en énergie et aux activités connexes (production d'énergie éolienne et solaire, gestion des CEE, énergie biomasse...), gaz industriels. Dans le but d'optimiser les actions d'achats vous être responsable de la préparation des demandes de devis à la livraison des services/matériaux.
Profil
Ce que vous apportezDe formation BAC+5 en International Business, Achats ou Ingénieur Énergie. Vous avez au moins 7 ans d'expérience avec obligatoirement une expérience dans le domaine d'achats énergie. Idéalement, ce poste n'est pas fait pour un pur acheteur, mais pour un vrai profil mixte entre énergie et achats. Habitué aux organisations complexes et internationales, vous avez une maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.
