    Description

    Evoluant au sein d'un environnement haut de gamme, vous serez un(e) ambassadeur/rice de la Maison MAX&MOI, doté(e) d'excellentes qualités commerciales et relationnelles. Rattaché(e) à la direction commerciale, vous contribuez à la réalisation du chiffre d'affaires de la boutique et veiller à la satisfaction de la clientèle. Les principales missions sont les suivantes :

    • Conseiller et fidéliser notre clientèle locale et internationale
    • Présenter les produits et l'univers de la Maison aux clients
    • Identifier les besoins du client
    • Être force de proposition concernant l'offre produits
    • Finaliser les ventes
    • Contribuer au développement de l'image de marque en offrant un service unique et prestigieux dans le respect des indications de la direction
    • Assurer la bonne tenue de la boutique (merchandising, propreté...) en s'assurant du respect des standards de la Maison
    • Capacité à prendre en charge l'ouverture et la fermeture des points de ventes
    • Développement du chiffre d'affaires et des indicateurs de performance

    PROFIL RECHERCHE De formation supérieure, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative d'au moins deux ans dans la vente de l'univers du luxe et de la mode. Vous maitrisez les codes du luxe et êtes passionnée par la mode et les tendances. Vous disposez d'une solide connaissance des matières et des coupes. Vous êtes dynamique, impliqué(e), enthousiaste, polyvalent(e) et aimez le travail d'équipe La maîtrise de l'anglais courant est indispensable Une présentation et une expression orale irréprochables sont requises pour ce poste
