- Define short and medium-term sourcing strategy
- Analyze market trends and position yourself as a reference within TGITS on the roadmap of supplier offer evolutions and their maturity
- Manage contractual phases (direct negotiation, extension, RFQ)
- Contribute to the development of contractual documents
- Manage Operational Performance / Service Quality
- Ensure usage compliance with the contract: inventory management and audits, compliance assessment, risk analysis, optimization plan
- Develop contractual summaries per supplier and manage alerts
- Drive financial performance
- Prepare and conduct contractual negotiations with suppliers
- Implement financial monitoring with the supplier (order placement, invoice control, etc.)
- Establish budget and monitor supplier costs

Candidate Profile
As a holder of a bachelor's degree +5 (engineering school, business school, or university), with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Software Asset Management and a good understanding of contractual management issues with major publishers. Knowledge of licensing policies (on-premises and cloud) from key market publishers such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Adobe, Vmware, IBM, etc., as well as basics of trade and contract law are prerequisites. General knowledge of IT and budget tracking mechanisms are required. Fluency in English is necessary.
