The Brand Manager Marketing & Guest Experience Mediterranean is responsible for implementing the marketing and multi-channel strategy of its brands portfolio (market, product, positioning, experience, animation) and ensuring the operational monitoring of projects.

Main task will be delivering the global strategy by implementing global activations and optimizing their implementation and performance in local region to consolidate brand equity and drive performance.

He/She ensures that the brand promise is in place in the establishments within his/her scope.
He/She will work in close collaboration with the ENA operational teams in his/her region.

He/She is also in charge of sharing with hotel owners and managers the marketing vision of each of the brands for which he/she works.


MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Define marketing plans and ensure their perfect execution on all communication and distribution channels with a view to maximizing brand equity
  • Implement the global brand strategy through differentiating, strong and coherent marketing plans on all identified key markets and targets
  • Promote a clear and differentiating image of the brands to reinforce their notoriety and their attractiveness
  • Develop and implement a brandspecific customer experience to support its positioning, concretely strengthen its competitive advantage and generate value for all stakeholders
  • Be the guarantor of the brand's operational standards and their implementation within the hotels
  • Be aware of commercial facts & figures of your scope

Qualifications:


QUALIFICATION / COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to federate around brands
  • Work as team as part of ENA marketing & guest experience segment organization
  • Work in complex international group surrounding (matrix organization)

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Successfully managed a brand or brand portfolio ideally in hotel industry
  • Excellent managerial and organizational skills, working independently and selfresponsible
  • Master of marketing techniques
  • Know how to develop a marketing action plan
  • Know how to manage projects and events
  • Be innovative, creative and passionate
  • Excellent oral and written expression
  • Languages: Fluent local language and English, a 3rd language is a plus

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

  • University education at Bac +5 level (eg: master's degree in marketing, communication, marketing management, commercial strategies)
  • Business school
  • Professional experience required: minimum 35 years in Marketing
