Tasks
We need you
Our software is the only SaaS platform aggregating and processing Data from cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIED) and connected weight scales.
Our Implicity Heart Failure remote monitoring solution is expanding a lot, more and more patients and Medical Teams benefit from it every day.
You'll then join the "Heart Failure" account managers team (1 lead + 3 AM), whose mission is to manage the entire sales & customer cycle, from opportunity identification, through closing & upsell, to Customer Satisfaction management.
Your main focus is basically to support your 4 colleagues on their daily actions, on logistics, on data sorting/analysis, CRM updates, etc.
- You help the team in its logistic (sending weigh scales, administrative paperwork, clients stock followup, various admin followup, etc.)
- We definitely count on you to closely manage billing
- You support AM on Medical Center "level 1 daily issues"
- You are the point of contact with our partner Withings for handling and resolving daily issues related to connected weigh scales
- You manage the clients reporting and sort the department documentation
- You follow & consolidate department KPIs, with NPS on top of the list

Requirements:
You are
Your Background
- You are a student of either an Engineering School or Business School / University.
- You target the Med-Tech / Health industry as your future career focus
- Your English is GOOD and you are fluent in French
- You know how to work with different tools like: Excel, Slack, Notion, CRM tools such as Airtable, etc.
- Lowego & Highenergy, you are very resilient
- Emphaty you'll be working towards one goal modern healthcare solutions for better patients care
- Strong prioritization, organizational & time management skills
- Natural ability to multitask and flexibility
- You want to be autonomous
- Sense of negotiation and ability to handle challenging clients / issues
