What you will be doing?


As Marketing and Communication Manager, you will create and execute regional-specific campaigns to increase our brand awareness and generate qualified leads to fuel the business growth.

You should possess relevant expertise of developing an effective online presence and a genuine interest in researching and understanding SMEs' behavior.

This is a hands-on role that allows you to experience a high degree of autonomy and involves frequent interactions with team members in Italy, Spain and around Europe.


Marketing Strategy

  • Set up and monitor the Marketing strategy and budget for the French market aligned with the global OKRs and Sales objectives
  • Manage the French Marketing team and lead the coordination with freelancers and agencies
  • Analyze business performance data, customer insights, and market research to feed marketing strategies and campaigns

Growth Marketing:


  • Generate leads through inbound and automated marketing campaigns
  • Execute and feed the content board with innovative ideas to nurture the leads
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships through targeted and local communication actions

Communication & Brand

  • Be the guardian of the company's brand image
  • Create targeted content aimed at growing our borrowers and partners communities
  • Define a social networks (Twitter, LinkedIn) strategy and increase internal and external engagement
  • Manage, maintain, update the French and English websites being SEO oriented

Desired experience

  • 58 years' professional experience, preferably in a B2B or financial services industry

Knowledge and skills

  • Fluent in French and English, at ease in communicating with colleagues abroad on a daily basis
  • Ability to operate independently with limited supervision as part of an international fastpaced environment with a digital mindset
  • Ability to coordinate sales and marketing actions
  • Proficient with WordPress and graphic design tools
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Intercom is a plus
