JOIN OUR TEAM AS THE ECOMMERCE MANAGER FOR EMEA, WHERE YOU'LL SPEARHEAD OUR ONLINE TRADING STRATEGY, ENSURING REVENUE GROWTH, PROFITABILITY AND EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU

You'll manage and optimize our platform for peak performance, seamlessly integrating online and offline store experiences in line with our omnichannel strategy.

Your responsibilities include hitting sales targets and digital KPIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize stock availability and order fulfillment, and executing localized ranking, product listing, and pricing strategies.

You'll also oversee website management, drive marketing initiatives, conduct regular audits, and leverage analytics to enhance user experience and drive sales.


Responsibilities ahead of you:


  • Develop and execute the online trading strategy for the EMEA region, driving revenue, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage and maintain the platform to ensure optimal performance.
  • Managing online and offline store experiences seamlessly inline with online and Omni channel strategy.
  • Deliver sales targets and own digital KPIs: CVR, AOV, UPT.
  • Driving availability for region with buyers, planners, and merchandisers within the business to deliver optimised stock and order fulfilment KPIs.
  • Execute localised ranking, product listing and pricing strategy for region.
  • Website Management: Regularly update and maintain product information, images, descriptions, and promotional activity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions, discounts, and product launches.
  • Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve any issues.
  • Implement strategies to enhance user experience, navigation, and overall functionality.
  • Conduct indepth analysis of website traffic and sales funnels to identify conversion bottlenecks.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor website performance and user behaviour, making suggestions on how to improve, where possible.
  • Conduct regular site audits to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Generate reports on sales, customer trends, and other relevant metrics. Make datadriven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute the online trading strategy to drive sales growth.
  • Build out 3rd party suppliers responsible for site development and ongoing projects. Support the strategic evolution of our ecommerce strategy with Head of Global Ecommerce.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

  • Essential Salesforce Platform experience
  • Advanced Excel and Google Analytics skills
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
  • Strong influencing skills and stakeholder management
