    Description of the Position and Responsibilities

    You will be the primary point of contact for our clients during the Run phase, overseeing all technological services provided by the Group.

    Reporting to the Head of Creative Services Manager, your responsibilities will include:

    Management and supervision of the commercial relationship for Creative Services activities:

    • Identifying all services outlined in the contract with your client and overseeing them;
    • Informing your team of billable services;
    • Contributing to the formulation of commercial proposals;
    • Preparing necessary elements for contractual negotiations (during contract renewals).

    Ensuring client account profitability

    • Regularly analyzing the profitability of your client's activity and proposing optimization options;
    • Collaborating with the Operational Excellence team to implement performance improvements identified within your BU;
    • Overseeing your teams in implementing methods and organizational changes for continuous profitability enhancement.

    Ensuring continuous control of client billing processes

    • Holding your teams accountable for timely billing and overseeing its accuracy;
    • Sharing best practices with the Head of Creative Services to streamline this process.

    Supervising Creative Services production practices

    • Organizing and overseeing the overall workload with the Team Leaders (Project Managers) based on commercial action plans and other planning elements from the client;
    • Regularly coordinating progress updates to adjust workload;
    • Ensuring consistent quality service and near-zero defect deliverables while adhering to company processes and procedures;
    • Empowering your teams in fostering smooth relationships between different areas of the Creative Services Department;
    • Making appropriate decisions in case of client dissatisfaction, process violations, or procedural discrepancies; initiating corrective actions if needed;
    • Monitoring quality metrics and ensuring team compliance.

    Supervising client(s) brand identity and guidelines

    • Reiterating and explaining client brand guidelines and graphic formatting standards;
    • Overseeing and holding your teams accountable for adhering to graphic standards and formatting principles;
    • Regularly collaborating with the Studio Manager and the Automation Project Manager on transformations and updates.

    Managing and motivating your Business Unit teams

    • Adjusting your organization based on resources, your team, and BU;
    • Setting evaluation goals for Team Leaders (Project Managers) and providing guidance;
    • Supporting Team Leaders in training and coaching Project Specialists;
    • Supervising onboarding for new hires;
    • Ensuring effective communication from your management to your teams.

    Desired Profile

    • Holder of a Bac +4/5 degree in Communication, Commerce, IT, or equivalent;
    • Strong interest in technological subjects;
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in communication with a technical/technological component, ideally in the retail sector;
    • Fluency in French and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite;
    • Negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills;
    • Organized, reliable, and meticulous with time and priorities management;
    • Able to handle ambiguity in complex environments;
    • Strong managerial and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and develop relationships with teams and internal/external partners;
    • Minimum B1 level of English proficiency.
