Job Description
As a CUBIC Sales Specialist you will be an important commercial resource for Cubic products and solutions in France, focusing on a specific area of expertise. You will report to Sales Manager
Your Responsibilities:
- Achieve Rockwell Automation sales targets for Cubic products and solutions and meet business revenue plans using a discipline sales process within targeted accounts.
- Directly responsible for meeting quota by negotiating and bringing opportunities to closure while working with the broader matrixed Rockwell Automation sales teams.
- Develop an accurate sales forecast and pipeline of Cubic pursuits.
- Contribute to customer proposals and requests for information.
- Use Global Sales and Marketing selling resources for target opportunity identification and access.
- Be the primary liaison between customers, regional sales team members and your department to ensure efficient communications and information flow from sales and pipeline development activities.
- Translate technical terms into everyday language and manage expectations, both internally and externally.
- Provide formal regular status reports to sales management which include forecast, pipeline and activity summary information.
- Monitor and report revenue and pipeline results weekly with CRM tool for assigned Verticals or Geographies to ensure performance goals are met.
- Develop business and financial knowledge of offering and its impact on potential business.
- Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with our customer and through the understanding of needs.
- Explore new opportunities into market (mostly Data centers, Water, Energy, and Industry).
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- 8 or more years' experience in sales (LV, solutions).
- Full working proficiency in both French and English.
- Driver's license.
- Experience presenting sales proposals and systems solutions, and closing complex technical sales.
- Sales experience in the French market.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Engineering degree .
