Job Description:

Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring accuracy of information, compliance with contracts, and adherence to agreed payment terms. Perform necessary follow-ups, and resolve any billing disputes or errors. Track and record invoicing transactions, collaborating with sales teams and other departments to obtain necessary information.

Verify and reconcile the retailers's sales reports with our data, resolve any discrepancies or anomalies, and provide regular financial reports to management.

Contribute to continuous improvement of the invoicing processes, propose automation and simplification solutions, and ensure compliance with accounting and tax standards.

Your Profile:

Vous disposez d'une maîtrise fonctionnelle de la facturation ;
Vous disposez d'une maitrise avancée sur Excel, avec idéalement une appétence pour les macros ;
La connaissance du logiciel SAP est un plus ;
Vous êtes rigoureux, méthodique et organisé (vous portez une grande attention aux détails) ;
Vous êtes autonome et capable de travailler dans un environnement dynamique, et vous possédez un très bon esprit d'équipe ;
Vous avez un niveau d'anglais opérationnel.
