The HR Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating workforce planning, employee relations and engagement, and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

This role drives excellence for HR processes and provides feedback to COE departments to identify and improve HR programs.
Provides input into the design of global compensation and benefits programs.

Responsible for the implementation of global and local compensation and benefits programs in country/region, partnering with Global COEs & People Services (including HRIS).

This role works closely with a network of peers. Accountable for the administration and compliance of all mandatory regulations, benefits programs and for country/region audits of HR programs.

The HR Operations Manager should implement / administer programs to deliver best HR practices and a successful employee experience across for the site.

Compensation and Benefits
In partnership with the Global Total Rewards team, align, plan and execute global Rewards programs across the site.
Ensure country specific compensation and benefits program proposals are aligned to Global Total Rewards philosophy, principles and framework eg.

Benchmarking guidelines, salary and job structure, compensation management guidelines, benefits plan design principles, while taking into consideration local laws and cultural differences.

Utilize the Benefits benchmarking data provided by the Global Total Rewards team to validate the competitiveness of Benefits packages for the site.

Identify opportunities to change & update the Benefits provided to employees including utilization analysis to determine the most valued benefits and balance with cost effectiveness.

Work with finance and Global Total Rewards team to appropriately budget in the annual operating plan process.

Manage the medical, insurance and welfare benefits for the site employees, and ensure vendors deliver against their agreed SLAs and with high levels of quality and customer experience.

Maintain appropriate record management through e-documentation.


Develop and maintain country specific compensation and benefits policies, ensure that all relevant documentation are in place for audit (internal and external) requirements.

Responsible for the execution and communication of all global and local compensation and benefits programs for the site

Manage the execution of the global employee recognition program (SOLAR) in country and ensure local management team celebrate site recipients in appropriate employee communication events.

Query Management / Administration
Oversight and reporting of site grievance, performance, disciplinary issues (includes tracking)
Guiding & addressing employees' queries staff and management of company's HR policies and regulations (e.g., on compensation and labor regulations)
Supervise/support the Recruitment and Employee Onboarding/Offboarding Programs. The human resources department handles all the HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, or offboarding an employee3.
Address employee queries that the HRSS team are not able to resolve ie. Act as second level support.
Agency management (specifically 3rd party contractor)
Drive implementation of global/local learning initiatives for the site.
Strategic partner with Operations Leadership in support of site safety and performance objectives and business process consistencies.
Consults with management teams to analyze the culture and employee needs to implement successful solutions.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, HR, Psychology or equivalent
At least 10 years working experience in a related field is required, preferably in multi-industry environment
Experience in Compensation and Benefits Management (payroll, benefits, etc), Query Management and Administration, Employee Engagement, Problem Solving, Data Analytics, Business Process Engineering
Knowledgeable in EMEA Government Compliance and Local laws and regulations on Compensation Employee relation and general HR.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices in accordance to country guidelines.

Preferred
Experience in SuccessFactor, ADP, Service Now
Strong French and English languahe skills
German is a major plus
