The Role and What You'll Do:
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will assist the overall Marketing team but most particularly you will assist and report into the Communications team in delivering our marketing campaign activity, including:

  • Support the communication team on projects management and execution of global media partnerships (including but not limited to briefing, proofing & delivering creative assets as well as monitoring & reporting on the performance of the activity).
  • Help deliver successful stakeholder, partner & media events that put us in front of high value customers including delivery of any creative assets needed to support these events (including managing printing of materials to be used onsite at these events & ensuring they are delivered to the correct venues, on time)
  • Support the wider marketing team to maintain our finance processes including setting up new suppliers, following up in invoices & coordinating the teams to update our budget tracking & forecast sheets in a timely manner
  • You will build positive relationships with all internal teams, agencies, as well as external stakeholders, including the Paris 2024 Organizing Committee and the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
  • As a member of our global marketing team, you'll be invited to contribute to marketing campaign strategies and ideas.
  • General admin responsibilities (including but not limited to taking notes in key meetings & distributing them to the wider marketing team, updating status reports, maintaining our filing systems ).
Skills and Abilities

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
  • You will have a marketing or communication degree
  • You'll ideally already have some working marketing experience or have completed an internship in marketing (it is a plus if you have worked on sports brands, events, or hospitality)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • You are flexible, dynamic, and able to navigate within complex environment.
  • Autonomous: you are well organized, rigorous, and comfortable managing your time, priorities & workload appropriately.
  • You are curious and creative
  • You thrive in a fastpaced environment and are agile and responsive, making quick but considered decisions.
