The team's mission is to provide a seamless experience for the tens of thousands of couriers that operate on the Stuart platform and to ensure they deliver the best service to our clients and their end customers.

We are currently looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Data Operations Analyst to support the Data Operations team in creating processes and supporting Courier Operators & Sustainability Team through analysis.


What will I be doing?:


  • Improve Stuart's business by building tools with Python to enhance operational efficiency (e.g. client churn analysis, fleet automation...). We always welcome new ideas to help us grow even faster.
  • Understand the objectives and needs of different departments (commercial, marketing, operations) and discuss with the relevant stakeholders to come up with innovative and scalable solutions.
  • Own, maintain, and optimize processes and reporting tools to support the business such as data pipelines (ingestion and transformation), and alerting systems.

What do we need from you?:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience (internships included).
  • Academic background in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or similar.
  • True innovator with solid analytical & technical skills.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, Python & SQL.
  • Good Business sense and ability to rapidly identify opportunities for improvement with a creative approach.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in English & French.
