Position Summary

We have an exciting new opportunity for an onsite Design to Print Project Manager (D2P),with one of our industry leading FMCG clients, working for one of the biggest chocolates & snacking companies worldwide.

The onsite Project Manager will be a key point of contact dedicated to the client Marketing team in the coordination of packaging projects.

The onsite Project Manager will ensure the daily coordination of the production: manage workflows, summarise information received from the client, follow up on the quality of the production, and guarantee deadlines are met.

The onsite Project Manager will be the point of contact for technical aspects: participation in technical meetings (launch, contact with the printers, etc.), press passing...

You will be accountable for the following:

Translating all marketing needs, requirements into specific packaging artwork briefs.
Artwork approval management, including workflow creation, briefing, approval cycle monitoring & progress management and communicating the changes, alterations to the production agency.
Delivering briefing to the artwork/prepress production team to ensure delivery of technical excellence in artwork/prepress file construction, execution and supply.
Ensure the daily coordination of the production.
Point of contact for technical aspects.
Building and maintaining a good relationship with key stakeholders: Marketing, Colour & Artwork, plants, Design Agencies, Production, Agency, Regulatory.
Attend regular update meetings with key stakeholders.

.Working as a member of the Marketing team to ensure the provision of an industry-leading artwork and pre-press service through close collaboration with design and production partners to ensure accurate translation of the design vision into print and production reality.

You will benefit from these skills and experience:

2-3-year experience working within an artwork or packaging design environment.
Packaging Graphic Chain knowledge (Design, Artwork, Prepress).
Excellent interpersonal skills, confident communicator at all levels.
Excellent organisational skills.
Fluent or native speaker level in French required as the client's workforce communicates in French.
Professional level in English as SGS & Co is a global business.
