Qualifications:
As part of expanding its expertise positioning, the automotive division of Ile-De-France is hiring a Vehicle Architect. You play a key role in the Architecture profession in the automotive sector. As a guardian of the positioning and bearer of the business vision in your area of activity, you collaborate with both client project teams and internal innovation teams. Your responsibilities include: Being proactive on emerging technologies related to the automotive market to guide internal business strategies. Developing and managing our technical offers and solutions for clients using all the means and resources of the CAPGEMINI Group. Defining the needs of the architecture scope, specifications, proposal writing, and pre-sales phases. Collaborating with different CAPGEMINI geographies (EUROPE, USA, ASIA) to develop large international projects internally and for our clients. Providing expertise in project launch phases. Involvement in technical assessments of consultants in this technical field, uniting them and participating in recruitment. Leading internal R&I activities in the "Future Mobility" scope.

Responsibilities:
With a Bac+5 degree (Engineer), you have experience as a Vehicle Architect in the automotive industry. You are proficient in aligning various architecture disciplines (Silhouette and Base) with company disciplines (Style, Process, Business, Logistics, Procurement). You have led vehicle architecture for an automotive manufacturer and are skilled in management tools (project KPIs, convergence, robustness). Your fluency in English allows you to lead reviews with management. Minimum 2 years in a similar role / 10 years in the automotive industry.
