Job Summary
Dans le cadre de sa croissance, Distech Controls recrute un ingénieur en électronique pour intégrer son siège social Europe/Afrique (Sud Lyon - Brignais).
Cette fonction est rattachée hiérarchiquement au Directeur R&D basé à Lyon.
Votre mission :
Contribuer à la conception au meilleur rapport coût/performance des plateformes Hardware des produits, obtenir leur certification et assurer leur mise en production dans les meilleures conditions.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
La conception des circuits imprimés
Participer à l'étude conceptuelle du projet
Rechercher les solutions techniques et les valider
Concevoir le schéma électronique du produit et le faire valider
Assurer le contact technique pour l'implantation/routage avec les sous-traitants sur ses développements
Suivre les commandes de prototypes auprès des sous-traitants
Participer à la validation et à la certification des prototypes
Elaborer les procédures de Tests de Production sur ses développements
Supporter l'équipe d'Ingénierie de Production quand nécessaire
Communiquer avec des partenaires externes durant le développement.
Maintien en condition de production des produits existants
Rechercher et valider les composants de substitution à la demande de son Responsable
Participer à l'analyse des aléas de production chez le sous-traitant et proposer des solutions
Proposer une optimisation des produits (coût, fonctionnalités...).
Support à la Production, au Support Technique et à la Rédaction Technique
Analyser les problèmes techniques (via l'audit interne ou via le client) et proposer des solutions à la demande de son Responsable
Documenter les TIN (Technical Issues Notices) à la demande de son Responsable
Transmettre des informations techniques sur les produits à la Rédaction Technique.
Autres
Suivre son planning d'activité via l'outil informatique
Réaliser des comptes-rendus hebdomadaires de son activité
Echanger sur les bonnes pratiques entre la France et le Canada
Communiquer sur les solutions et l'avancement des projets avec les intervenants de la R&D
Participer aux réunions « Design Review » et aux réunions de projets.
Réaliser de la veille technologique et concurrentielle via des rapports.
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
Formation initiale requise : Master II Professionnel EEA (Electronique, Electrotechnique, Automatique), Ingénieur Génie Electrique, Ingénieur Electronique
Expérience souhaitée : 3 à 5 ans.
Vous savez communiquer en Anglais (oral et écrit) - niveau B2 (linguaskill)
