Nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) en contrôle de gestion achat pour septembre .
Vos challenges ?
En tant que qu'apprenti(e) Contrôleur des achats, vos missions seront :
o Construire le budget des matériaux du PL/Sites et tous les indicateurs liés à la fonction d'achat en temps voulu.
o Fournir des rapports mensuels et des prévisions de tous les indicateurs d'achat pour le PL/Sites ainsi qu'une analyse pour
d'analyse pour atteindre les objectifs en collaboration avec les équipes d'achat du PL.
o Veiller à la stricte conformité des systèmes d'information liés au reporting et au contrôle de gestion.
o Standardiser, proposer, mettre en œuvre et vérifie le respect du Manuel des Achats de Valeo dans l'ensemble des sites.
o Soutenir l'évaluation de l'atténuation des risques des fournisseurs, assure le suivi et l'audit des fournisseurs en cours de processus.
o Assurer une conformité stricte à la politique "0 écart de prix fournisseur".
o Assurer la disponibilité de la feuille de route des coûts des fournisseurs pour toutes les entités lors de l'achat générique.
o Soutenir l'élaboration du plan à moyen terme (PMT) pour tous les sites.

Contrôle du coût de la nomenclature SAP par rapport à la cohérence de l'indice d'achat du projet 3 mois avant le SOP

o Précision des prévisions par rapport au résultat réel
o Précision du PMT par rapport au contrat et à l'objectif supplémentaire
o Construction du budget dans les délais
o Spécifique
o Reporting en temps et en heure
o Conformité des indicateurs aux règles internes de Valeo (MAF)
Parlons de vous
Formation : Bac /5 Ecole de commerce / Université - Ecole d'ingénieur
Qualités requises : Vous êtes dynamique, et doté(e) de sens de lorganisation, de rigueur , et dagilité.
Langues : Français, Anglais
Notre environnement est fortement orienté à l'international (vous travaillerez en direct avec nos sites en France, Espagne, Russie, Roumanie,Allemagne, République Tchèque, Turquie), d'où un niveau d'Anglais avancé exigé (C1).
