Summary of the Job objectives


You report to the Senior Governance & Executives Compensation & Benefits Manager and support the strategy of the Worldline Group.


The role is a cross countries one and you will be part of a wider team of Compensation & Benefits Experts.


Responsibilities and main activities:


  • Support the preparation of the Universal Registration Document and General Assembly, including coordination with all relevant stakeholders;
  • Support the launch of any Employee shareholding plan, including:
  • Support in the creation of the communication package and local documentation to be prepared and in the verification of documentation;
  • Support in the coordination of the communication with local plan officers as well as with external providers;
  • Support in the configuration and testing of the subscription website.
  • Support the management of ongoing Long Term Incentives Plans at Group level, including reporting for Finance, auditors, Universal Registration Document;
  • Support
    adhoc projects such as implementation of new programs and new policies, mergers and acquisitions.

Experience
You have a Master's degree (traineeship is fine as well)

  • Strong excel and analytical skills
  • Detailed oriented, resultdriven and creative
  • Autonomy, rigour, confidentiality, pedagogy
  • Good capacity of working in a fastpaced environment
  • Good ability to work in a multi country environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
