Tu rejoindras l'équipe Expertise Innovation Ingrédients (4 scientifiques, 2 techniciennes de recherche et 1 apprentie travaillant sur le lien entre recette, procédé et propriétés du produit final) de notre centre R&D basé à Vienne et tu seras sous la responsabilité du responsable R&D de l'équipe.
Tes missions au quotidien :
Tu contribueras à la réalisation des objectifs en lien avec nos approvisionnements fruits. A ce titre, tu collaboreras au sein d'un réseau incluant les équipes Marques, les achats et les fournisseurs. Tu intégreras les contraintes réglementaires et les différentes pressions externes à l'entreprise. La communication et la proactivité sont essentielles : tu assureras le partage des informations en adéquation avec le timing projet, ainsi que le maintien d'une veille scientifique sur les thématiques autour des fruits.
Le profil que nous recherchons :
Déjà diplômé(e) d'une formation bac+3 ou 4 (Ingénieur agro-alimentaire et/ou agronomie), tu connais ou tu as un intérêt marqué pour les filières agricoles fruits et le domaine de l'ultra-frais.
Tu recherches une entreprise dans le cadre de ta poursuite d'études en alternance en Master 1 ou 2 (contrat 12 ou 24 mois).
Rigoureux (se), méthodique, réactif(ve), tu as un esprit d'analyse et sais faire preuve d'autonomie. Tu as une bonne expression orale et écrite et as un réel intérêt pour ce métier.
