Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

Analyses basic data and monitors dashboards in an accurate and timely manner to identify and escalate operational risks
Runs basic Operations processes and procedures with guidance, ensuring processes are running when and how they are supposed to
Provides realtime support to business activities across the LSEG portfolio, following operational business requirements
Identifies and interprets basic trends to identify the root cause of a problem, escalating the issue to the appropriate level
Understands, analyses and critiques operational processes and systems, making recommendations of improvement
Escalates client queries, building internal relationships and networks across Operations
Supports Change projects, as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree or equivalent
Some previous business experience.
