What You'll Do:
Nous recrutons un chargé de facturation au sein de la fonction Accounting. Il sera chargé de travailler en partenariat avec les commerciaux au process de facturation. Il travaillera en lien avec les équipes internationales au process mensuel de clôture de la facturation.

  • Manage the invoice process.
  • Assist Accounts Receivable team in month close procedures.
  • Contribute to a better use of newly integrated systems.
  • Complete day to day tasks as they arise.
  • Tracking of specific operations for team wide use.
  • Work diligently with multiple time zones across the world

  • Adaptive to fastpaced environments.
  • Willingness to learn as you go.
  • Accounting/Finance background.
  • Organized functionality.
  • Good level in English
  • Good skills in excel
