‣ Descriptif du poste :Citeo est un éco-organisme créé par les entreprises du secteur de la grande consommation et de la distribution pour réduire l'impact environnemental de leurs emballages et papiers, en leur proposant des solutions de réduction, de réemploi, de tri et de recyclage.En novembre 2020, Citeo a adopté le statut d'entreprise à mission avec une raison d'être qui résume sa mission :« Pour répondre à l'urgence écologique et accélérer les transformations qui s'imposent, Citeo veut engager et accompagner les acteurs économiques à produire, distribuer et consommer en préservant notre planète, ses ressources, la biodiversité et le climat.» Pour accélérer la transition vers une économie circulaire, le département Engagement et Innovation contribue à faire évoluer les pratiques de consommation tout comme la relation des consommateurs-citoyens avec les emballages et les papiers issus de leur vie quotidienne.Le pôle Usages et Changement de comportement a été créé en 2023, et vise à apporter un éclairage sur les leviers d'engagement des consommateurs-citoyens dans des pratiques responsables de gestion de leurs emballages. Il apporte des recommandations aux équipes internes et externes sur les freins et les leviers à l'engagement, y compris selon les profils de population. Dans ce contexte, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec votre manager, responsable du pôle «Usages et changement de comportement», et l'équipe du pôle. Vous participerez à une variété de projets, en tant que pilote et Vous aurez notamment les missions suivantes:• Piloter des projets d'expérimentations/de recherche-action, et des projets d'études (revue de littérature, études quantitatives ou qualitatives permettant d'identifier les freins et leviers aux pratiques responsables en contexte).
• Contribuer à la prise en compte du facteur humain dans le développement de dispositifs, via des réponses à des problématiques précises et une montée en compétences plus générale des collaborateurs sur le changement de comportement.
• Participer à la stratégie de développement de l'activité du pôle sur la thématique du réemploi des emballages (vrac, produits préemballés consignés)
• Maximiser la portée et l'impact des recherches-actions et études : définir le plan de valorisation, concevoir et réaliser des livrables écrits, présenter lors de réunions internes ou conférences externes. ‣ Profil recherché :De formation Bac + 5 en sciences humaines et sociales, vous disposez de connaissances et compétences solides dans ce domaine que vous avez acquises en formation initiale, ou, développées au cours du parcours professionnel (formation continue, auto-formation). Vous possédez une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 3 à 5 ans, vous avez déjà participé à la conduite d'études, des recherches-actions ou des projets intégrant un volet « expérimentation » (ex: design de service). Vous êtes familier.e des méthodologies d'études qualitatives et/ou quantitatives et, vous êtes familier.e avec la réalisation de projets multi-acteurs et/ou complexes (en tant que pilote ou ) Vous êtes une personne à l'aise dans un contexte de changement et de développement d'activités pour l'entreprise ayant une capacité à produire des livrables accessibles, attractifs et créatifs.
