หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

Analyze and support existing Regulation update to executives, Team and Business units; including identify and evaluate regulatory risk impact which may affecting the business operation and process
Conduct compliance risk assessment and ensure business process and internal activities are complied with relevant regulations
Coordinating with related parties to develop and establish Compliance Control & Monitoring tools and other Compliance & Control improvement scheme
Coordinate and establish Compliance training program, e.g. AML and/or NCB, etc including provide training materials
Establish and maintain positive relationship with regulators, facilitate and maintain a good understanding between BU and regulators
Provide advisory on regulatory compliance issues supporting business operation

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Thai nationality, age between years old
Bachelor's degree or above in Law or relevant discipline.
At least 3 years' experience in risk, legal or compliance function from financial institution, banks or financial service companies
Knowledge/experience in legal and compliance, internal control, and relates to financial business is an advantage
Experience in automobile hirepurchase business is an advantage
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint or related programs)
Practical in English both written and spoken
Good skill in reporting, communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and decision making
