About your Mission:

Promotional Marketing Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of promotional marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales growth.

Sets and Samples:
Coordinate the creation and distribution of promotional sets and samples, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.

Gifts with Purchase (GWP): Develop and implement GWP programs to incentivize purchases and enhance the customer experience.

Promotional Reconciliation Process:
Oversee the reconciliation of promotional activities, including tracking expenses, analyzing ROI, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

Feedback and Planning:

Gather insights from promotional campaigns and provide feedback to the global team to inform future promotional strategies and planning efforts.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in Marketing
Proven experience in marketing coordination or related roles, with a focus on promotional marketing.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent level
