Fournisseurs
vérification des factures, bons de commandes, bon de livraison. Suivi enregistrement avec L'Espagne
*suivi des relances fournisseurs
*saisies des écritures bancaires
*clôture mensuelle, (Cca, provision, reclassement ...)
*réconciliation des comptes
General Cashier
Réconciliation et vérification des encaissements des caissiers avec Opera et Squirel
Suivi des over and short des caissiers et envoi de l'email au manager concerné
Suivi des fonds de caisse
Stock
*Enregistrer des pertes et les C7 F&B
Vérification du stock spot check de l'inventaire et des prix
Enregistrement des Ecritures d'inventaires
*Réconciliation des comptes inventaires
Assistance de l'équipe Audit Statutory lors des controls d'audits
S'assurer que les procédures de la compagnie soient appliquées
Paie:
II-QUALIFICATIONS :
Niveau BTS compta – 2 à 3 années d'expérience
Expérience Opéra, Micros souhaitable
Expérience souhaitée dans l'hôtellerie
*bonne présentation
*bonne communication et capacité relationnelle
*notions comptabilité analytique et US GAAP
*motivé et travaille en équipe
*bonne connaissance de l'outil informatique Excel, Word
bonne connaissance de l'anglais
