- Diplômé(e) en comptabilité (DSCG, Master CCA, ...) vous avez acquis une expérience minimum de 5 ans en tenue complète de dossiers et de gestion et finance
- Expérience acquise en cabinet ou en entreprise
- Dynamisme, rigueur, organisation, sens de l'initiative et très bon relationnel,
- Maîtrise des logiciels bureautique usuels (Word, Excel...)
- Maîtrise des logiciels comptables Sage 1000 et ACD
- Bonnes bases en anglais écrit et oral
- Sous la responsabilité du manager et des associés de H3P, vous serez le garant des bonnes pratiques techniques de l'équipe notamment comptables et fiscales et serez force de proposition dans l'accomplissement des missions.
- Les clients (fonds d'investissement ou sociétés de gestion filiales de banque, notamment spécialisés dans l'énergie),
- Les commissaires aux comptes,
- En interne les managers et associés du cabinet
- Production récurrente mensuelle ou trimestrielle : rapprochements bancaires et déclarations fiscales (TVA, CVAE, TF, CFE, IS, ...),
- Suivi des immobilisations,
- Production des reportings trimestriels,
- Etablissement des comptes annuels
- Etablissement des liasses fiscales individuelles et / ou groupe (intégration fiscale)
- Préparation des dossiers annuels de révision
- Participation aux travaux de consolidation en lien avec l'associé
- Construction du budget annuel
- Revue des reporting investisseurs, analyse des écarts avec le budget
- Suivi des obligations contractuelles, notamment conventions de crédit, ratios et covenants bancaires.
- Préparation des distributions (dividendes et autres flux).
- Préparation des ordres de paiements et exécution.
- Établir la facturation mensuelle de la production.

Vos principaux interlocuteurs seront :
Missions
Vous intégrerez le secteur Infrastructures, Energies Renouvelables et Immobilier de H3P REAL ASSETS. Vous rejoindrez l'équipe en charge de la gestion de sociétés de projets investissant dans les énergies renouvelables, les infrastructures, les PPP et l'immobilier où vous sera confié le suivi comptable, administratif et fiscal d'un portefeuille de sociétés. Vous aurez également pour mission d'accompagner cette équipe d'un point de vue technique dans l'accomplissement de ses missions sous la supervision directe de l'associé en charge de l'équipe.
