- Akquisition, Angebotserstellung, Kalkulation von Wartungs- und Betreiberaufträgen
- Koordination von Nachunternehmern und eigenen Mitarbeitern (Mensch)
- Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Berichtswesen sowie Gewährleistungsverfolgung
- Techniker (Mensch) oder Meister (Mensch) im Bereich der Versorgungs- (Heizung, Klima, Lüftung, Sanitär) oder Elektrotechnik oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Anlagenmechaniker SHK (Mensch) oder Elektriker (Mensch)
- Einschlägige Erfahrungen als Objektleiter (Mensch) oder in vergleichbarer Position innerhalb des Technischen Facility Managements
- Grundlegendes Verständnis der Betriebswirtschaft
- Sichere Anwendung der gängigen MS Office Programme
- Führerschein Klasse B
