The Senior Product Manager will regularly analyze market and competitive conditions to lay out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands.

You will be responsible for defining the why, when, and what of the product that the engineering team builds.

You should be a leader who is passionate about delivering a product that customers love and be a great communicator who can intelligently navigate and positively influence stakeholders at the peer and executive levels.


What You'll Do:

  • Analyze the market and competition to ensure our standing at the forefront.
  • Conduct user research and discovery to pinpoint product opportunities and address pain points.
  • Actively solicit and integrate feedback from a diverse range of stakeholders, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement for our product.
  • Define metrics and analyze data to gauge the performance and impact of both existing and upcoming features.
  • Prioritize the product backlog, focusing on features, tasks, and bug resolutions.
  • Craft product requirements, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Forge partnerships with design and engineering teams to shape solutions aligned with our product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop a gotomarket strategy and launch plan.
  • Articulate release notes and product roadmaps to both internal stakeholders and external partners.

What You'll Bring to Tricentis:

  • Experience working in a B2B software company, preferably with enterprise customers
  • Ideally 5+ years in Product Management with experience working in agile software development
  • Proven ability to understand complex business and technical concepts and to be able to make balanced judgments when faced with tradeoffs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to reason in new situations and use product usage data and financial metrics to measure the success of the product
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility and connection with a broad set of users
  • Knowledge of the performance engineering market and its shift left (In development) / shift right (in production) trend
  • Knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle, QA, and DevOps practices and products like Azure DevOps, Microfocus ALM/Quality Center/LoadRunner or GitHub Enterprise
  • Creative, forward and international thinking
  • Ability to Travel Internationally up to 20%
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Nativelevel French, excellent English skills
