Company Overview


Position overview:
A great new position has opened to join our sales team as Account Representative.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting new projects from the initial enquiry through to series production
  • Processing administrative processes (correspondence, procurement and forwarding of samples, drawings, data sheets, supplier declarations, etc.)
  • Preparation of quotations including individual price negotiations within the specified framework
  • Offer tracking
  • Supporting the specialist departments with complaints in commercial matters, creating credit notes and debits
  • Evaluation of sales/turnover reports
  • Determination of forecast data, budget in consultation with key account managers
  • Working in international customerspecific portals (B2B)

Key skills and Qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed a degree or formal commercial or technical training
  • Professional experience in the automotive industry is desired
  • Very good knowledge of English is required
  • ERP (preferably SAP) and MS Office skills would be an advantage
  • Technical understanding, communication skills and the ability to work in a team round out your profile
