Job Description:

You will join the IT Corporate team (12 people) based in Paris and Bordeaux, and our mission is to provide best effective and innovative IT solutions for our employees.

The team is responsible for all the Worldwide Internal Infrastructure for Deezer: the internal network, system and software infrastructure (on prem and SaaS/Cloud) for all the Employees, Deezer offices and Datacenter.

As IT Workstation Engineer, you will be responsible for all the workstation software lifecycle (OS upgrade, software upgrade, patch management), automation of the deployment and zero touch deployment (Mac and PC), but also for the administration of our collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Slack, zoom, etc.).

You will be working closely with the Infrastructure team and the support / admin team.

What you will do:

Design and maintain the different MDM consoles (Jamf Pro, Intune, Kace )
Work with the security team to maintain and update client security baselines, automate patch/update schedules, and respond to critical vulnerability threats
Create and maintain documentation, supporting process workflows, and reference material used by the IT team / endusers
Provide Level 2 support for the various collaboration tools (Zoom, Trello, etc.)
Deploy and upgrade new versions of our collaboration tools

Qualifications:

This role is excellent for a person with:

Expertise in mix environments (MacOS/ Windows)
Very good knowledge in managing MDMs such as JAMF Pro / Intune
Coding skills, such as Javascript, Python, Powershell or other languages
Good Infrastructure knowledge (System/Network /Security)
Jamf / Microsoft Intune Certificates
