Job Description Summary:

As the Global Product Marketing Communications Director, you'll be responsible for supporting the Women's Health imaging portfolio with a comprehensive range of marketing communications capabilities to effectively launch and promote its portfolio of products throughout the lifecycle.

Specific activities may include strategic communications planning and measurement, messaging, naming, advertising, customer events and conferences, web, collateral creation, customer presentations, digital sales aids and sales communications across both print and digital mediums and channels.

This role will collaborate and engage internal expert resources across the business, as well as external firms, to meet the marketing communications objectives.

In addition, ongoing collaboration with regional peers will be required to ensure all content and marketing communications assets meet regional activation and customer engagement needs.

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for integrating and implementing holistic marketing communication strategies, such as creative execution and positioning, advertising, customer events and exhibits, sales collateral, content marketing, promotional materials, web and digital programming.
  • In collaboration with the Global Imaging Customer Events leader, plan and deliver memorable events and exhibits
  • Work with the Global Imaging Content Leader to create and deliver great thought leadership content programming.
  • Engage with the Sales Communications Leader to drive strong sales engagement and utilization of customerfacing materials.
  • Closely collaborate with the Digital Strategy and Omnichannel leaders to fully utilize digital marketing techniques and our digital capabilities.
  • Work closely with other regional marketing managers, and the Director, to adhere to and support a globally consistent Women's Health and Global Imaging story.
  • Collaborate with our research team to optimize messaging and creative, as well as to stay uptodate on the latest customer and marketing insights.
  • Leverage new channels, techniques and identify optimally effective marketing communications strategies to meet the marketing objectives for the product portfolio and the Imaging business.
  • Fiercely measure, monitor and report program success against established KPIs and ROI. Pivots as needed.
  • Act as a strong brand advocate to ensure adherence to the guidelines and spirit of the GE HealthCare brand strategy.
  • Align closely with finance, regulatory and legal to ensure compliance.
  • Work with portfolio marketing leaders to establish objectives, KPIs and budget needs
  • Ensure integration of Public Relations and Internal GEHC Communications into planning as appropriate by working with peers in those functions.

Qualifications and experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or Business Administration or equivalent
  • Significant experience in advertising or marketing communications at an agency/corporation
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative and creative solutions to complex challenges
  • Proven track record of delivery to budgets and timelines.

Desired Skills:


  • Ample experience in marketing communications, advertising or a related communications field
  • Demonstrated integrated marketing communications/campaign experience, including content and digital marketing
  • Strong analytical and process skills. Incredible focus on measurement and reporting for all programming.
  • Proven ability to navigate and influence at multiple levels within the organization
  • Healthcare (preferably medical device) product experience and industry acumen
  • Knowledge of Imaging/Radiology product category offerings, and commercial processes
  • Inclusive leadership style. Excellent team player.
  • Comfortable with change and leading through influence. Demonstrates flexibility and agility, where needed.
  • People leadership skills including expertise in change management.
  • Proven ability to motivate and work effectively with diverse, crossfunctional global teams and outside vendors
