Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un Assistant Administration Service (F/H) pour notre site de Dourdan.

Son rôle de fournir à l'équipe de vente un soutien administratif et d'améliorer l'efficacité du processus de vente entre l'organisation et ses clients.

Gestion administrative des prestations de service et de vente des pièces détachées : devis, contrôle et saisie des commandes clients, suivi des délais de livraison/intervention, facturation, suivi des réclamations et demandes d'avoirs
Contact permanent avec les clients pour tous types de communication : traitement de la boite mail partagée, réception des demandes clients, statut des commandes, délais d'intervention, répondre aux problématiques techniques de niveau
Contact permanent avec les équipes techniques et commerciales : suivi des dossiers, mise à jour des demandes clients, support administratif
Accueil téléphonique des clients/visiteurs avec prise en charge des demandes
Gestion du classement, de l'archivage réseau et du dispatching des documents, participation à la mise en place des outils et procédures spécifiques pour les clients identifiés
Participation aux opérations de gestion des stocks et d'inventaires

Votre profil:

Bac à Bac+2, de formation assistante commerciale/administrative, vous avez un intérêt particulier pour l'organisation et la gestion Clients
Vous connaissez les outils informatiques du Pack Office (Word, Excel) ainsi qu'un système de messagerie
Vous maîtrisez l'anglais (au moins écrit)
Une expérience dans le domaine pharmaceutique ou technique serait un plus
La connaissance de SAP serait un plus
Vous êtes doté d'une aisance relationnelle et organisationnelle vous permettant de travailler en équipe.
