At the heart of Automotive revolution, you will join the Software Defined Vehicle system and software organization which is situated on three sites Technocentre (Paris area), Toulouse and Sophia-Antipolis.
The SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) is the actual coordinator of all agile operations; His primary responsibility is organization and facilitation of the Agile events.
Sophia Antipolis and Technocentre.
Your Mission
You will join a dynamic team; your main focus will be the facilitation of Agile events and organization of Agile teams in the "Train" (PI planning, scrum of scrum, retrospective, demo), with a specific focus on removing impediments, identify/communicate risks and provide technical synthesis to upper management.
Finally, you will support the creation and maintenance of the program backlog
During your mission you will collaborate with the scrum masters of the eBody Release Train and the train stakeholders: management, portfolio, Business owners of the Software Defined Vehicle Solution, and automotive partners/suppliers.
Profile:
Enthusiast about tomorrow's mobility you have a Master of Science in Engineering (Software, Electrical, Electronics ).
You have 10 years' experience or more in software development ideally in a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Project Manager or Architect Lead position
You have demonstrated skills in the following areas:
- Software development, Model Based design, C, RUST
- Signal Processing, Algorithm development, Control Laws
- Automotive technology: Body, Active Safety
- Operating systems and middleware, Autosar classic and adaptive, Linux, Android
- Knowledge of software engineering: specification, architecture, development, continuous integration and test, functional safety, continuous delivery.
- Standards: A-Spice, ISO26262
- JIRA and Agile Frameworks (SAFe, Spotify) is a plus
English language proficiency is an asset to work in a multicultural context in Group Renault.
If you have no TOIEC grade (minimum 750 or equivalent) when applying, you will be able to evaluate during the hiring process at Renault.
