Job Description:


The Partnership & Solutions teams ensure that our hotels have access to world class, best value products and services to deliver on our guest promise and continue to strengthen Accor's Luxury & Lifestyle leadership position.

By doing so, they positively impact procurement program adoption, user satisfaction and NPS which yields GOP improvement to hotels, resilient and innovative supply networks and growth in Procurement's EBITDA contribution.


  • Main complexity / critical issues in the job_
  • Communicate and deploy available OS&E/FF&E procurement solutions to L&L properties and work with L&L network on compliance and adoption
  • Develop deep understanding of L&L OS&E/FF&E Category needs and translate these needs into best in class category strategies and requirements for Power Brands and Global Shared Services teams to accurately capture it in tenders and strategic sourcing activities
  • Work with Power Brands and Global Shared Services Procurement Teams to qualify supplier solutions and ensure these meet L&L OS&E/FF&E needs
  • Perform endtoend procurement for specific L&L OS&E/FF&E categories to ensure stakeholders expectations and Brand Specific Procurement Programs needs are met
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to assure competitive advantage and client of choice designation
  • Position may require up to 30% travel
  • Few figures about the scope of action_
properties to support regionally

  • Owner of €3€5M in annual Procurement Revenues
- €100M-€150M in Spend


Qualifications:


  • 7+ years of progressive experience in a procurement related field with strong understanding of OS&E/FF&E categories
  • Hospitality, retail, consulting and financial services industry experience preferred
  • Strong data analytics and digitally capable professional
  • Strategic sourcing experience with focus on stakeholder engagement and needs assessment
  • Exceptional negotiations skills
  • Empathetic, business savvy and operationally aware
  • Strong project managers with high degree of attention to details
