You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:_**- **Country Support**- Communicate independently with the country category management teams and facilitate implementation of launch plans, answer questions, and relay information

Provide operational support for key activation programs (sampling, GWP, kitting boxes, etc) and coordinate with supply chain to ensure delivery
Ensure data accuracy on all internal documentation (innovation launch plans, product listing, forecast, assortment, etc) to ensure smooth information flow
Consolidate feedback and activation best practices to share between countries

Category Management

Assist in the adaptation of 360° activation plans and EU toolboxes
Follow up with country partners to ensure implementation and compliance of EU plans
Liaise with brand team to ensure most up to date information
Assist in forecasting new launches and animations

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare monthly business reports for EU region and countries in scope
Analyze reporting and identify opportunities to drive category business
Prepare 360 hindsight of major launches

Cross-functional relationships

Build collaborative and proactive relationships with brand team, supply chain and country category management teams to foster trust and collaboration

Master 1 or 2 Student from business or engineering school of similar university
Able to work and communicate effectively in English
A natural curious problemsolver, using analytical skills to find solutions
An entrepreneurial spirit, thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment, and comfortable working collaboratively with crossfunctional groups
Proactive and able to work independently
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
