You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:_**- **Country Support**- Communicate independently with the country category management teams and facilitate implementation of launch plans, answer questions, and relay information

  • Provide operational support for key activation programs (sampling, GWP, kitting boxes, etc) and coordinate with supply chain to ensure delivery
  • Ensure data accuracy on all internal documentation (innovation launch plans, product listing, forecast, assortment, etc) to ensure smooth information flow
  • Consolidate feedback and activation best practices to share between countries

Category Management

  • Assist in the adaptation of 360° activation plans and EU toolboxes
  • Follow up with country partners to ensure implementation and compliance of EU plans
  • Liaise with brand team to ensure most up to date information
  • Assist in forecasting new launches and animations

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly business reports for EU region and countries in scope
  • Analyze reporting and identify opportunities to drive category business
  • Prepare 360 hindsight of major launches

Cross-functional relationships

  • Build collaborative and proactive relationships with brand team, supply chain and country category management teams to foster trust and collaboration

  • Master 1 or 2 Student from business or engineering school of similar university
  • Able to work and communicate effectively in English
  • A natural curious problemsolver, using analytical skills to find solutions
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment, and comfortable working collaboratively with crossfunctional groups
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
