- Master's degree (5 years' higher education) from a top generalist engineering school or university with successful experience in the industrial field in project management, engineering, project control and planning, construction monitoring.
- Minimum 5 years of successful experience in the industrial field in an international context.
- Good oral and written communication and synthesis skills.
- Ability to convince and gain adherence to decisions made by management.
- Organized and dynamic; demonstrate openness and listening skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve set objectives.
- International assignment mobility required to follow various project phases (studies, engineering, construction, execution).
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of French is a plus.
- Implementing the project in compliance with the specifications and applicable regulations (sustainable development, environmental, societal, health and safety).
- Structuring the progress of the project (methodology, organization).
- Assessing the budget and resources required to complete the project.
- Drawing up the specifications needed to carry out the project.
- Ensuring the safety of the goods and people involved in the project.
