Job Description Main objectives**2023 Revenue Scope > €1.219M

Manage products & services roadmap and portfolio:

  • Coordinate product & services development projects for the Leisure Use Case.
  • Responsible for the Gotomarket, Product management, business analysis and market insights of the overseen Use Case.
  • Analyse & follow all relevant KPIs (financial and otherwise) related to product performance & customer satisfaction
  • Ensure strong coordination with other domain functions at Group level as well as with local marketing and sales team within countries
  • Support and coordination when necessary of local Countries Professional Product Managers

MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Strategy: Support the Marketing and Business strategy by implementing products and services to serve the Use Case under his/her scope to.
  • Monitor market (customer expectations, competitive landscape benchmark, market share & potential)
  • Identify the best product strategy for the relevant Use Case to drive business growth / competitive differentiation and achieve the targets
  • Create detailed business cases to make the decisions
  • Define associated Use Case and Product roadmap
  • Execute the roadmap in a timely manner across the relevant markets
  • Projects management: lead and support the Marketing roadmap of main projects ensuring their achievement on the estimated deadlines and KPIs.
  • Lead and contribute in others projects following the roadmap of Marketing with special focus on the New Value proposition implementation.
  • Act as the Marketing representative in these transversal projects always balancing the business and the customers needs
  • Execute the roadmap across the relevant markets and countries
  • Product Development & activation:
  • Identify new market opportunities within the company's competence as well as opportunities for emerging technology and business issues that present opportunities or threats to the company
  • Convert technical product positioning into key messages and launching differentiated, valuebased stories into the market
  • Lead the creation of business cases for new product developments
  • Develop the core positioning, storytelling and messaging for the products
  • Ensure the proper implementation and rollout of the new products and services in the network
  • Support the entire gotomarket lifecycle through the planning of new product launches, differentiated releases and sunset activities
  • Performance followup:
  • Accountable for the product and Use Case P&L until MAVC
  • Active participation in the definition of the Professional Service Line Budgets and Forecasts
  • Define & follow relevant KPI & dashboard to monitor product performance and ensure targets are met
  • Ensure results followup of new products launched (benefits tracking) and manage inlife performance of existing products as well as sunset activities
  • Challenge product portfolio accordingly
  • Country coordination liaise with countries to ensure the proper implementation of Professional Service Line strategy and gotomarket plans:
  • Facilitation of product management community
  • Work with country in full process (strategy, development, roll out, monitoring)
  • Ensure local strategies are consistent with Group product strategy
  • Ensure appropriate training programmes for the products is delivered
