Connected Car Services Bsp Coordinator - Montigny-le-Bretonneux, France - Nissan
Description
Main mission:
- Ensure Billing subscription Platform (BSP), a salesforcebased subscription management tool, is reflecting all accurate information based on App services and offers for customers
- Manage the BSP development backlog with coordination across various stakeholders
- Monitor, analyze and report subscription sales and revenue performance
Main tasks (but not limited to):
Billing Subscription Platform (BSP) Management:
- Define the new product and commercial offer
- Collaborate with Product planning (PP), R&D to understand the car technology
- Draft the product catalog for the new cars
- Workshops to align all stakeholders (Marketing, Agency, Partners, R&D, TCS & XM7)
- Create the product catalog and support testing in BSP PREPROD
- Update the catalog with R&D/PP and marketing feedback and check by testing
- Create the product catalog and support testing in PROD in BSP
- Update the catalog with DKM/marketing/TCS feedback and check by testing
Billing Subscription Platform (BSP) Backlog Management:
- Understand current pain points / issues with BSP and propose actions to improve customer experience
- Define and manage the BSP development backlog aligning with various stakeholders
- Manage the master project planning of the BSP development schedule
Billing Subscription Platform (BSP) Performance:
- Monitor the CCS subscription sales and revenues
- Analyze the performance and provide insights
- Report the weekly performance to top management and constant reporting improvements
Background & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experiences, ideally in Sales & Marketing
- Passion for technology, automobiles
- Basic project management skills and work in cross functional teams
- Able to learn quickly and work in a dynamic environment
- Good communication skills in English, French is a bonus
