- Tu réaliseras des essais en conduisant les installations de l'atelier Pilote R&D conformément aux spécifications données par les équipes de développement, et dans le respect des règles de sécurité, qualité, hygiène, environnement. Dans ce cadre, tu seras amené(e) à : Réceptionner des matières premières Standardiser les recettes Configurer les lignes lors des opérations de nettoyage et de production Conduire et paramétrer des équipements intervenant dans les différentes étapes de fabrication d'un yaourt Effectuer des contrôles analytiques Suivre les processet documenter des essais
- Tu t'assureras du bon fonctionnement des installations en effectuant les contrôles du matériel et l'entretien de 1er niveau
- Tu veilleras au bon fonctionnement de l'atelier Pilote en appliquant les règles de Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement, en mettant en place les bonnes pratiques d'utilisation des espaces et des équipements, et en optimisant les méthodes de travail.
- Tu rendras compte de ton activité et des dysfonctionnements auprès de ta hiérarchie

Au sein des équipes Opérations et Expertise process de notre centre de R&D basé à Vienne (38), tes missions seront les suivantes :
Le profil que nous recherchons :
Diplômé(e) d'une formation bac ou bac+2 en agro-alimentaire, bio-industrie de transformation, industrie laitière, tu connais et as un attrait particulier pour les produits laitiers frais.
Tu recherches une entreprise dans le cadre de ta poursuite d'études en Licence Professionnelle - L3 en alternance (contrat 12 mois).
Rigoureux (se), méthodique, réactif(ve), tu as un esprit d'analyse et sais faire preuve d'autonomie. Tu as une bonne expression orale et écrite et as un réel intérêt pour ce métier.
Tu seras amené(e) à travailler de manière postée en 2X7.
