    Description of the Job

    Are you enthusiastic and eager to practice your profession with agility? Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager for France, the Trade Marketing Assistant supports the development of tools necessary for implementing activations with national and regional clients (pharmacy groups/wholesalers) and oversees these operations closely with Key Accounts.

    Your main tasks include:

    • Animate the annual activation plan with national and regional clients;
    • Manage the promotional plan for the groups;
    • Oversee operations internally and with clients;
    • Ensure the creation is closely monitored with the design and with Legal, Medical, and Regulatory validation departments;
    • Implement changes to activations and coordinate their development with clients (write the brief, monitor its execution in internal tools until integration with client groups);
    • Under the supervision of the Service Offer Manager: Monitor the implementation of window displays and coordinate their creation to meet the needs of pharmacist clients;
    • Create new content (newsletter, emailing - digital animation content - BtB and BtC content) in line with operational marketing strategy and client needs to support the visibility development of Thuasne;
    • Monitor dashboards for various activations and promotions and analyze feedback.

You have initial experience in the marketing field with an interest in the healthcare industry. You have a good command of English. You are known for your sense of rigor, organization, analysis, and your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are dynamic, curious and comfortable with numbers. Your passion for innovation and project management is your strengths to succeed in this mission and work collaboratively with our teams (marketing and sales). You are comfortable with digital creation tools and eager to innovate formats and proposals. Creative and with good writing skills, you are autonomous with a strong desire to integrate into a growing structure.
