Contexte et définition du poste
AKTISEA est une entreprise adaptée spécialisée dans l'accompagnement des entreprises vers plus d'inclusion, en les aidant notamment dans le recrutement de candidats Bénéficiaires de l'Obligation d'Emploi des Travailleurs Handicapés (BOETH).
Notre vocation : prouver que handicap et performance sont deux notions conciliables.
Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre client, spécialisé dans l'Ingénierie et Conseil Industriel , un(e) Ingénieur(e) Méthodes Maintenance (H/F) .
Ce poste est à pourvoir en CDI à Saint Priest (dpt 69).
Vous avez les missions suivantes :
• Réaliser de la documentation technique (dossiers machines, schémas, PID, Isométriques...)
• Définir des types et niveaux de maintenance (préventive, systématique et conditionnelle)
• Définir des plans de maintenance (plan de graissage, suivi et analyses vibratoires...)
• Mise en place de GMAO
• Préparation, planification et ordonnancement des travaux
• Gestion des stocks de pièces de rechange
• Analyse et gestion des historiques
• Etude de la fiabilité (PARETO, AMDEC, MTBF...)
• Analyse des pannes répétitives (arbres des causes...)
Aménagement de poste /Environnement de travail :
Notre client dispose d'une mission handicap qui reste à l'écoute de tous besoins d'aménagement de poste.
Profil recherché
Etre de formation minimum BAC+2 avec expérience de 2 ou 3 ans à BAC + 5 (BTS maintenance industrielle, Ecole d'Ingénieur, Master en génie des systèmes industriels).
Avoir une expérience de 6 mois minimum dans un service méthode maintenance.
Et une connaissance des outils de méthodes de maintenance (TPM, auto- maintenance, AMDEC, 5S...) est souhaitée.
