Automotive Cells Company (ACC) est une co-entreprise créée à l'été 2020 par Saft-Total, Stellantis et Mercedes-Benz. Notre ambition est de produire des cellules pour batteries au meilleur niveau technologique tout en rendant la mobilité électrique accessible au plus grand nombre.

Pour donner vie à cette ambition, à la fois pour notre centre de R&D et notre ligne test en Nouvelle Aquitaine, mais aussi pour nos gigafactories dans les Hauts de France, en Allemagne et en Italie, nous recherchons des personnes compétentes et agiles, notamment dans les domaines aussi diverses et variés que la R&D, l'industrialisation, la conception mécanique, les tests/prototypageset toute autre fonction d'une entreprise en pleine expansion.

**Description du poste**:
**Overall job definition**:
In charge of the Purchasing activities of Graphite Commodity (Artificial & natural). Contribute to establish panel & Strategy, Manage RFQ & lead QCT Performance from innovation to Mass Production in coordination with the Senior Commodity Buyer

**Cross functional role**:

Build and manage all aspects of Business relationships/partnerships with its suppliers

**Define/Establish**
Establish the sourcing strategy of Graphite commodity

**Build**
Build its Commodity Cost Reduction Roadmap (Commercial Productivity, Monozukuri, Design to Cost )

**Guarantee Garantir**

Ensure the serial life management of its commodity by securing the execution of the contracts and improving the supplier performance: savings, supply, quality

Ensure Purchasing Key Performance Indicator reporting for its commodity

Support Purchase Order activity and Gigafactories deliveries

**Lead **

Leads & Manages RFI, RFQ, supplier selection and contracting in strong interaction with Projects, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain

**Contribute **
- Contribute to build the Technical, Industrial and Purchasing strategy with Senior Commodity Buyer and relevant ACC stakeholders.
- Supports and promotes industrial supplier projects in Europe.
- Contribute to ACC Cost competitiveness by achieving Commodity Sourcing budget and cost reduction target
- Challenge Supplier on Energy, CO2 and ESG (Scope1/2/3 roadmap achievement & compliancy)

**Experience (domain, number of years)**

Experience : 0 to 6 years for Junior Commodity Buyer

Domain: Direct Procurement Purchasing or Industrial Buyer Automotive or Battery Business or Material/Chemistry industries.

**Qualifications (diplomas, )**

Diplomas : Master Degree in Engineering and/or Business Field (Purchasing specialization) Languages : English mandatory / French, German, Italian, Chinese as a plus

**Some extra skills which make the difference**:
