Clinical Research Associate (Level II) - Transferable Skills (Bulgaria):

PPD is currently looking for experienced life science professionals with transferable skills who are highly motivated to become a CRA.

This is a rare and fantastic opportunity for you to kick start your career as a CRA, receiving fantastic training and support, including enrolling in PPDs CRA Academy program.

Our global Clinical Monitoring department consists of colleagues with institutional knowledge, in-depth therapeutic experience, and robust operational tools. Together, we help clients define and develop clinical programmes, minimise delays and execute high-quality, cost-efficient clinical studies.


As a CRA you will:

  • Thrive in multinational project teams and be focused on delivering exemplary levels of customer service on multiple, challenging projects.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are looking to work in a collegiate environment where you want to take true ownership for your work.
  • Perform and coordinate all aspects of the clinical monitoring process.
  • Benefit from award winning training programmes that will assist your technical and professional skills and knowledge

Education, Experience & Skills:


  • University degree in a lifesciences field
  • Previous life science industry experience
  • An understanding of medical/clinical research/therapeutic area terminology
  • Highly motivated with exceptional communication, collaboration, organisational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently (nationally)
  • Fluency in English and local language is essential
