Prise de poste sur la Plaine Saint Denis et déménagement sur les nouveaux locaux courant mai 2024 sur Clichy (92)
Objectif : Tenir les comptes de l' entreprise ou du groupe qui l' emploie. Il occupe une place centrale dans la gestion quotidienne de l' entreprise et doit se montrer polyvalent en matière de comptabilité.
1- Tâches prioritaires :
- La tenue et révision de la comptabilité de la société,
- La comptabilité fournisseurs : enregistrement des pièces, contrôle des factures, mise en règlement, comptabilisation des règlements, pointage des comptes ;
- La comptabilité clients : pointage des comptes, relances ;
- La comptabilité générale : états des rapprochements bancaires, DEB, déclarations de TVA, préparation des bilans, établissement des déclarations fiscales, sociales etc
- La gestion de la trésorerie : suivi d un plan de trésorerie ;
- La mise à jour des immobilisations et du calcul des amortissements ;
- La préparation des liasses comptables consolidées.
2- Tâches secondaires :
- Participation aux clôtures mensuelles et à la clôture annuelle
- Participation à l' élaboration des annexes des comptes sociaux

1- Compétences et aptitudes requises :
- Maîtrise des normes comptables.
- Parfaite connaissance des outils comptables.
- Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques.
- Bonne connaissance des normes fiscales et juridiques.
- La maîtrise de l'anglais est fortement conseillée.
