    Ce que vous ferez

    La mission est basée sur 3 axes principaux :

    une expertise des règles paie/RH,
    - une expertise du système informatique SAP HR
    - et une expertise des processus

    Au quotidien, la mission sera de garantir la fiabilité de la paie notamment dans le système SAP et piloter ses évolutions (action corrective, amélioration et évolution) :

    Au sein d'une équipe gérant cette activité pour 7 entités légales (environ paies), sous 3 Conventions Collectives :
    - Vous serez garant(e) de la conformité de la paie, des processus et de leur application.
    - Vous participerez à la maintenance de la solution IT (SAP gestion des temps et paie) en lien avec l'équipe IT (contrôle de masse, de non-régression, mise en place des évolutions).
    - Vous assisterez, conseillerez et formerez les utilisateurs au quotidien localisés en France et en Pologne.
    - Vous participerez aux résolutions des questions remontées par les gestionnaires et les HRBP (Responsables Ressources Humaines).
    - Vous fournissez un service de conseil/support auprès des gestionnaires, des HRBP et du Centre d'Expertise RH.
    - Vous participerez à la veille légale et conventionnelle ainsi que leur application
    - Vous participerez au déploiement des projets transversaux RH France en lien avec le Centre d'Expertise RH (intégration, cessions de sociétés, accord d'entreprise...), ainsi qu'au global.
    - Vous participerez à la mise en place (processus et outils) des nouvelles règles légales et conventionnelles (analyse des besoins, participation à la définition du cahier des charges pour les équipes IT, définition des scénarios de test, réalisation de la recette, formation des équipes de gestionnaire...)
    - Vous participerez à toutes actions visant à l'amélioration de la qualité en s'appuyant sur les outils du Groupe.

    Qui êtes-vous ?

    Formation type Bac+2 à Bac+5 en Paie-Ressources Humaines

    • Apétence forte pour le domaine du SIRH.

    • Bases de connaissances de la paie et de ces process

    • Connaissance de SAP HR (ou expérience similaire en SIRH) est un plus

    • Maîtrise du Pack Office (maîtrise Excel indispensable).

    • Niveau d'anglais B2 minimum (niveau « intermédiaire ») est un plus
