- Formuler des extraits de levure, des arômes naturels, des arômes de réaction et autres ingrédients pour répondre aux besoins d'aromatisation de nos clients internationaux,
- Mener des projets R&D relatifs à la mise au point et l'utilisation d'extraits de levure dans diverses applications aromatiques, ainsi que des études techniques sur la modulation des saveurs,
- Gérer des études scientifiques impliquant la réaction de Maillard ainsi que des études techniques sur la modulation des saveurs,
- Organiser l'évaluation organoleptique poussée des produits et des prototypes issus de projets d'innovation,
- Corréler évaluation organoleptique et chimie analytique,
- Participer à la transposition industrielle des recettes et procédés mis au point au laboratoire,
- Tenir les engagements de délais avec les clients (externes ou internes),
- Assurer la veille scientifique produits / procédés (littérature, congrès) dans le domaine,
- Collaborer avec les équipes Biospringer Monde (Applications, Marketing, Industrialisation, Sales...),
- Animer des actions d'information et de communication dans l'entreprise et à l'extérieur (formation interne, auprès d'écoles, d'organismes),
- Ingénieur chimiste agroalimentaire ou parcours universitaire équivalent bac+5 avec une spécialité en aromatique (Master 2 type ISIPCA, ICAP, ARPAC...), vous justifiez d'un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de l'aromatique alimentaire incluant la formulation d'arômes et la conduite de projets de développement.
- Vous avez des notions sur l'élaboration d'arômes salés, et maitrisez l'évaluation organoleptique, la formulation et les principales techniques d'analyse des composés du goût.
- Vous connaissez les bonnes pratiques de laboratoire en matière d'hygiène et de sécurité, et manifestez une curiosité et un intérêt pour l'innovation et le développement en recherche appliquée dans le domaine des ingrédients aromatiques.
- Vous maitrisez les techniques de conduite de projets.
- Réactivité et proactivité, capacités d'adaptation et d'innovation, travail en équipe et aisance relationnelle.
- Autonome et organisé(e), vous avez des capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et rédactionnelles et possédez la rigueur nécessaire pour mener à bien des études scientifiques.
- Maitrise de l'anglais impératif.
